The first session with me will involve getting to know you and your concerns, then setting attainable goals and affirmations, learning self hypnosis and breathing techniques followed by a relaxing hypnosis that is customized to your specific needs. I follow up with all clients to check on progress, remind them of their goals and address whether another session is required. 

Please allow 90 minutes for your first appointment

Group sessions will be primarily for weight release, stress management and confidence building.  You can build your own group, be part of a group I organize or be a business looking to build a healthier and happier work environment. Self hypnosis and breathing techniques will also be taught in a group session.
