While allowing for people to enter the zoom there will be a brief introduction, what to expect during hypnosis and Q&A. Once the hypnosis part of the meeting starts there will be no option to enter the room. Please make sure you are seated comfortably and in a place where you will not be interrupted. Also refrain from caffeine at least 2 hours before the session.
