In this experience we are bringing awareness to the programming that we've experienced since childhood, and making conscious effort to install a new system, not from fear or insecurity, but from love, power, and joy.
Inspired by the four agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, this practice will support you to step into your power through intenSati, a combination of movement, mantra and meditation followed by a group hypnosis experience to anchor in new beliefs.
The high-energy practice of intenSati trains us to be an observer of our thoughts and choose powerful, positive ones, all while breaking a sweat!
When paired with Hypnosis the mantras will be received deep within the subconscious mind creating a lasting positive change.
