I take time to truly listen to your concerns, goals, and challenges, and then create a personalized hypnosis plan designed to  support your unique journey. My aim is to help you experience transformation in a way that feels comfortable, empowering, and entirely your own.

About Me

Hi,


I am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists in Nashua, New Hampshire. I currently reside in Connecticut with husband John, our 3 children. And with thanks to today’s technology, I am guiding clients through hypnosis, nationally and internationally.

Hypnosis is a perfect career for me as I have always wanted to help people, and hypnosis allows me to do that quickly and effectively. 


Through hypnosis clients are able to overcome a lack of confidence, decrease or eliminate fears and phobias, address weight issues, low libido and menopause symptoms, improve relationships with self and others, release beliefs that block success, as well as reduce or eliminate old pain and recurring illnesses.
